Community House is a charming event space located in the heart of Dana Point’s vibrant Lantern District. The vintage one-story building is located at 24642 San Juan Avenue, a quiet lane between Del Prado Avenue and Pacific Coast Highway, and has 30 on-site parking spaces and additional adjacent street parking.
Built in 1951 through the generosity of donors who wanted to create a meeting place for local non-profits and community organizations, it has served as DPWC’s Clubhouse for more than 7 decades. The 2,500 square foot facility is also available for meetings, corporate events, parties, small weddings and other celebrations.
Net proceeds from Community House rentals exclusively fund building maintenance and preservation, and support DPWC’s philanthropic programs.
The clubhouse offers indoor and outdoor event spaces that can host up to 200 guests. Kitchen amenities are available for storing and heating catered food. Rental rates also include up to 100 Chiavari chairs and an assortment of tables.
Venue pricing is dependent on the timing and nature of the meeting or event. Recurring rentals are available.
Weekly Rental: Hourly Fee

An event coordinator may be required for larger events.
Special rates are available for non-profit organizatons.
