Community House
Community House is a charming historic event venue in the heart of Dana Point’s vibrant Lantern District.
Our vintage one-story clubhouse is located at 24642 San Juan Avenue, on a quiet lane just off Golden Lantern Street between Del Prado Avenue and Pacific Coast Highway. The venue offers on-site parking spaces, along with ample adjacent street and underground parking.
Built in 1951 through the generosity of donors who envisioned a gathering place for local nonprofits and community organizations, Community House has been the home of the Dana Point Women’s Club for three quarters of a century.
Today, our 2,500-square-foot facility is available as an affordable and welcoming venue for meetings, corporate events, parties, celebrations of life, anniversaries, weddings, and local market and retail events.
And when you rent Community House, you’re giving back to the community. Net proceeds from rentals support DPWC’s philanthropic initiatives and the ongoing preservation of this special historic clubhouse.
